Adapting to a new sleeping routine seems to become natural. Surprisingly, it didn't faze us when we found ourselves wide awake at 5:00 a.m. after going to bed at 1:00 a.m. on the same day. Although our minds acknowledged it with a resigned shrug, our systems rang the alarm bell. It's time for a change; we need to get more sleep. Let's wait and see what tonight has in store. We hope that as the weather changes - and returns to its ordinary course - so will our sleep.
